Recipe 1: For Glowy Skin – Lemon, Ginger and Pineapple Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 pineapple
  • Lemon juice

Directions:

  • All you have to do is put all of the ingredients in a juicer or blender and mix. Then enjoy!

Recipe 2: Apple, Cucumber and Pineapple Juice

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ of a pineapple

Directions:

  • Do the same as for Recipe 1.

Recipe 3: Parsley, Pineapple, Cucumber and Beet Juice

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 beets
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Directions:

  • Repeat the same as for Recipes 1 and 2.
